Certificate in Communicating in Health and Social Care Organisations (Middle Level)
Overview
This course is designed to help participants develop effective communication skills that facilitate service provision and delivery and meet the needs of service users. This will include those who are mentally and physically challenged, as well as those with other forms of disability. It highlights gender issues in communication particularly, those within the health and social care organisations, to help unravel some of the factors that impact effective communication. Significantly, the course is channelled to unearth the different dynamics through which men and women communicate at work place, how this affects work relationships and impact on service delivery.
