Certificate in Gender, Counselling and Communication Skills

Overview

This course is designed to explore gender issues in counselling. It offers understanding on how counselling interventional programmes are designed from gender perspective. It allows understanding to the situational needs of men and women, and helps to facilitate their development. The course thus, provides core knowledge underpinning the principles of effective counselling and communication skills for working with people in a supportive, facilitative or developmental capacity.

As a place of excellence, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) has widely been acknowledged as having an enviable reputation for training various professionals from the Public and the Private sectors in Ghana, both in the past and present.
