Graduands are to register personally at the Office of the Deputy Registrar, School of Graduate Studies and Research (SGSR), the University of Cape Coast, Accra Office, Tesano, or online (……………) by Friday, 15th January, 2014, indicating full name, programme of study and registration number. A non-refundable graduation fee of …………………… should be paid by each graduand.

Payment should be made at any networked branch of Prudential Bank Limited through the Student Transflow System or Ghana Commercial Bank Smartpay Student Payment Platform.

Graduands are to pick their souvenirs and academicals at the Alumni Relations Office and the Office of Dean of Students of the University of Cape Coast on presentation of the bank pay-in-slip.

Graduands are required to attend rehearsals at the New Examinations Centre on Friday, 24th January, 2014 at 4:00 pm.

Graduands should note that certificates will be issued on 25th January, 2014 or after.

Graduands are expected to make their own accommodation arrangements.
