What kind of education is needed for forensic science?

Forensic science technicians typically need at least a bachelor’s degree in a natural science, such as chemistry or biology, or in forensic science.

On-the-job training is generally required for both those who investigate crime scenes and those who work in labs.

How can I get admission in forensics after 12th?

The candidate must have passed class 12th in Science with 50% minimum aggregate.

The lateral entry option is open in B.Sc for the candidates who have pursued 3-year Polytechnic diploma after 12th.

Is Neet required for forensic science?

No, writing NEET is not required to get admission in forensic sciences. Colleges and Universities conduct their own entrance exam for admission in a forensic science course.

So you need to stay updated about the entrance exam of the colleges that you are targeting for.
