Medical microbiology, the large subset of microbiology that is applied to medicine, is a branch of medical science concerned with the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases. In addition, this field of science studies various clinical applications of microbes for the improvement of health.

(Part-Time) Three (3) Calendar Years duration.
PhD Clinical Microbiology Degree.
PhD Programmes (Full-Time) are of Four (4) Calendar Years and (PartTime) are of Five (5) Calendar Years duration.

BSc in Life Sciences with a minimum of a Second degree in Medical
Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Sciences, Biology or
Biochemistry with a flair in Medical Laboratory Work
