2. CREDIT PASSES (A1-C6/A-D) IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

General Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology)

General Arts

Home Economics (Food and Nutrition)

General Agriculture with Chemistry or Physics

With an aggregate of 36 or better for WASSCE and aggregate 24 or better for SSSCE.

G.C.E O-Level

FIVE CREDIT PASSES IN G.C.E. O-LEVEL SUBJECTS INCLUDING:

Mathematics

English Language

Integrated Science

And any two subjects and THREE G.C.E. A-Level passes

How do I start to become a midwife?

There are two pathways to becoming a registered midwife.

One is to complete a Bachelor of Nursing course at university and then complete postgraduate studies in Midwifery.

The other is to complete Bachelor of Midwifery course (three years full-time or the equivalent part-time).
