Booking deposit (only refundable if 2 weeks notice of cancellation) – invoiced when booking confirmed:

  • Beef – $100/cow
  • Hogs – $50/hog
  • Lambs/Goats – $25/lamb.goat

Split orders:

  • Beef – $10
  • Lambs/Goats/Pigs – $7.50

For carcasses taken out whole there is a $1/day/hook holding fee for hanging after 48 hours.

We will provide an invoice – the preferred payment method is eTransfer (ssiabattoirpay@gmail.com) or cheque .  Cash is accepted (ONLY for the exact amount – additional funds can be graciously accepted as a generous donation).

Additional charges:

  • No show on bookings without 48 hours notice $50
  • Late pickup $40
  • Bounced cheque $20
  • Offal disposal fees apply when offal is not picked up by the owner of the livestock  for composting
