Entry Requirements Postgraduate School Lancaster University Ghana

Admissions Process for Executive MBA

1. Applicant must complete the application form and provide their supporting documentation.  The essential documents that we would need in order to consider an application are the following:
• Completed application form
• One reference letter
• Copy of the degree transcript
• Personal statement
Documentation such as GMAT, English scores, the 2nd reference, etc. should also be provided if they are available, however an application can still be considered without them.
2. The completed application form and documentation should be emailed by Lancaster University Ghana to admissions@lancaster.edu.gh
3. The admissions team will consider the application and make a recommendation within 5 working days.  The recommendation will be one of the following:
• Applicant is suitable and an offer will be made when the start date has been confirmed
• Applicant is borderline and may need to take part in a telephone interview and/or write an essay
• Applicant is unsuitable and will not be made an offer (rejection)
4. Lancaster will inform the applicant and LU Ghana of the decisions made on the applicants submission.  A spreadsheet will be created to track the applications and regular updates will be provided by both parties (Lancaster and LU Ghana).
5. A copy of the offer letter will be sent to the applicant and LU Ghana.
6. Lancaster University Ghana will inform Lancaster UK when the applicant has accepted the offer and paid the deposit.
There will be no essay and interview required for all applicants.  Applicants will only be interviewed/need to write the essay only if they are considered ‘borderline’.
There are scholarships available on a case by case basis
