Bachelor of Science in Management Studies Colleges and Universities in Ghana

A Bachelor of Management Studies prepares students to be leaders in businesses, non-governmental organizations or government agencies.

Coursework will focus on law, leadership, finance, human resources management, marketing, psychology, and organizational behavior, to name a few.

Colleges and Universities Offering Bachelor of Science in Management Studies in Ghana are:

Advanced Business College

WASSCE/SSCE Applicants
Pass in at least six (6) subjects meeting the following criteria

Three (3) core subjects, including English and Math

Three (3) elective subjects

General Certificate of Education (GCE) Advanced Level

Passes in three (3) subjects, with at least one (1) of Grade D or better.

Credit Passes (Grade 6 or better) in five (5) GCE O’ Level subjects, including English and Math

Credit for a Science subject, if applicant was a Science student

Credit for an Arts subject, if applicant was not a Science student

Advanced Business Certificate Examination (ABCE)

Passes in three (3) subjects, with at least one (1) of Grade D or better.

Credit Passes (Grade 6 or better) in five (5) subjects in the General Business Certificate Examination (GBCE), including English, Math and Integrated Science/Social Studies

Higher National Diploma (HND) and Diploma Holders (Top Up)

HND holders who apply for admission in the same subject area will be admitted to Level 300

Similarly, a Diploma Certificate from a University or equivalent institution grants entry to Level 300

Mature Students
Applicants must satisfy the following requirements to qualify as mature:

At least 25 years old at time of application

Must pass Mature Students’ Entrance Examination, which is an Aptitude Test in English and Math conducted by ABC

Minimum Requirement
All applicants should have credit passes in core subjects English, Math and Science, as well as Social Studies.

Professional Certificate Holders
Applicants with professional certificates will be admitted to Level 100-300, depending on certification.

The application must be submitted with a valuation report of certificates from the National Accreditation Board (NAB).
