The Centre for Management Development (CMD):

We at CMD are discerning on the fact that businesses are constantly seeking innovative ideas and perspectives that propel growth. As such our goal is to provide high quality executive training and management development, improve overall productivity and performance for our clients.

It was with this goal in mind that we evolved from BSEPP (Business Support and Executive Professional Program Department), to CMD (the first and the best of its kind in the region) after being in existence for so many years. This was to broaden the earlier focus on courses under the organisational development program stream to include other program streams such as the executive education programs and certificate programs.

CMD is the centre of choice for skills and competency based training across all levels of industry from senior executives to post-high school level. We offer innovative programmes through the expertise of our renowned faculty and industry experts. Each of our customized and general programs is designed to incite innovative thinking and the vibrant exchange of ideas. Each year we create several new management training programs to address some of the immediate issues facing many organizations and business executives today.
