Where is it done and under what conditions? Mainly in offices or similar rooms but also on the debtors’ premises. Sometimes this may mean facing hostility or aggression.

What tools/equipment do they use? Information technology, telephone, fax, and possibly other office equipment.

What do you need to succeed? You need higher education, patience, good communication skills, and a persuasive manner.
