Programme overview

The MBA Project Management (PM) programme provides participants with a hands-on experience in planning and managing projects in the modern business environment thereby providing participants with the requisite skills and knowledge for senior management roles in project management.  The programme prepares participants with the tools and skills necessary for project selection, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing as well as project evaluation.  In addition, it provides participants with the analytical tools for managing projects; and how to deal with organizational obstacles, risk, and project development. At the end of the course, participants are expected to At the end of the course the students will be able to use critical thinking skills; demonstrate knowledge of integrated project management..The course uses case studies to relate theory to practice for participants to apply skills and knowledge directly in the workplace.  The programme also provides the participants with the fundamental principles towards preparations for the professional certification project management.
