What training do you need for cabin crew?

The ability to speak a second language is highly desirable.

Airlines will usually require a good standard of education, including GCSEs (grades A-C) in maths and English, or equivalent qualifications. Previous experience in a customer service role will also be useful.

What is crew training?

Crew resource management or cockpit resource management (CRM) is a set of training procedures for use in environments where human error can have devastating effects.

Used primarily for improving aviation safety, CRM focuses on interpersonal communication, leadership, and decision-making in the cockpit of an airliner.
