Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA)
The Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) is a professional degree specifically designed to equip graduates with the knowledge, attitude and skills required by chief executives and other top level managers to effectively meet leadership and managerial challenges they face in their organizations. As such the programme adopts a generalist perspective that is relevant to those at senior levels of management ranks. The programmes does not provide for specialization in any functional area of business.

Academic Calendar
The School runs ten (10) modules over two (2) academic years with the first session beginning in August. Each module requires approximately forty-eight (48) hours of face-to face teaching and at least eight (8) hours of syndicated sessions. The programmes are offered at the Greenhill Campus. Two (2) modules are arranged every five (5) months. The EMBA applies a modular format, an intense learning experience based on five (5) three (3) week sessions. The curricula have been designed to meet international standards and to prepare participants for competing in the global environment.

Admission Requirement
The prerequisites for admission are:
• A Bachelors Degree (from any approved/recognized university or equivalent professional qualification with requisite experience).
• At least five years post qualification managerial experience.
• Applicant should be at least thirty (30) years of age.
• Applicants with degree classifications below second class lower division and or narrowly focused professional qualifications should enroll in the GIMPA Administration CBA programmes at the Business School to enhance their chances of gaining admission.

Duration
• The programme consists of two (2) academic years of five (5) sessions.
• Minimum Session – five (5) sessions (two academic years)
• Maximum Session – seven (7) sessions (three academic years)
• A Project is required for the completion of the degree.

Student Exchange
As part of the programme, students travel to the US, UK and other countries to participate in conferences and workshops which have positive impact on the programmes.
