Agroforestry is the management and integration of trees, crops and/or livestock on the same plot of land and can be an integral component of productive agriculture. It may include existing native forests and forests established by landholders.

PhD Programmes (Full-Time) are of Four (4) Calendar Years and (PartTime) are of Five (5) Calendar Years duration.

PhD Agroforestry Admission Requirements At KNUST Entry Requirement.

The PhD programme is open to holders of MPhil in Agroforestry, Natural
Resources Management or related field of study with appropriate field
experience. Candidates will be required to take relevant courses during the
programme. An interview is highly relevant in the admission process.
