How Do I Pay My DStv Subscription?

Payments are made easy with DStv Africa Self Service.

You can pay for your own subscription or help others pay for their DStv subscription. You just need to enter the details of the person you want to pay for, verify the account and that you are paying the correct amount.

We have multiple payment options you can use to pay or reconnect your DStv account, such as MyDStv App, Internet Banking, USSD, Debit Order or you can visit our Walk-in Centres or your nearest store to top-up.

You can check your DStv subscription balance / due date using several easy methods. This is necessary if you want to renew as soon as possible so as to avoid missing out on your favourite TV shows.

  • visit the official DStv website using https://www.dstv.com/en-ng.
  • Click on the login icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
  • Log in using your existing DStv connect ID or create a new one.
  • After you login, your active subscription due date, and account summary will be displayed at the top-left corner of the screen.

On The Official DStv App:

Step 1. To check your account balance on the mobile app, you must first of all download and install DStv mobile app from your device app store.

You can do that by searching for the keyword “My DStv”.

Step 2. Login to your account using your phone number and Smart Card Number.

Step 3. At the upper part of your screen, you’ll see the number of viewing days you have left along with the due date.
