Established in 1962, University of Cape Coast is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the large town of Cape Coast (population range: 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Central Region. Officially accredited/recognized by the National Accreditation Board, Ghana (English: National Accreditation Board, Ghana), University of Cape Coast (UCC) is a very large (enrollment range: 30,000-34,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. University of Cape Coast (UCC) offers courses and programs leading to officialy recognized higher education degrees such as undergraduate certificates/diplomas, bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 54 years old HE institution has a selective admission policy based on students’ past academic record and grades. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.
