What Is Surfline?
Surfline Communications Limited was established in 2011 to provide premium quality wireless broadband connectivity to the Ghanaian market. The National Communications Authority (NCA) awarded Surfline a Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) license the following year. Surfline launched to immediately become the first 4G LTE company in Ghana and leading single largest LTE ever deployed in Sub-Saharan Africa with world class strategic partners such as IBM, Alcatel Lucent, Microsoft and Huawei.
Surfline has built a Long Term Evolution (LTE) network, which is commonly referred to as the only true 4G. LTE is a relatively new technology, which was only recently adopted in mega-cities such as London. There are only a handful of LTE providers in Africa and it’s Surfline’s goal to lead the pack.

How Do I Use Surfline WiFi?
On your usage device (laptop, desktop, tablet, etc.), enable your wi-fi functionality and search for the Surfline LTE wi-fi network. The full name of the wi-fi network is located inside of the back cover of the Mi-Fi (“SSID”) Connect to the wi-fi network and enter the password when prompted to do so.

Surfline operates on LTE Band 7 and to be able to use Surfline SIM card in your mobile device, checking the band compatibility is one feature you should pay attention to. Put differently, you should have a band 7 compatible 4G LTE enabled device for the Surfline SIM card to effectively function in it.
