The Director is the Chief Executive of the Institute. He is assisted by the Assistant Director. The Management Committee of the Institute comprises the Director, the Assistant Director and the Administrative Officer (Academic), Heads of School (3 in Accra and 1 each in Kumasi and Tamale) and the Dean of Students, Accra, Head of Estate, Translation Bureau (TransBureau), Ag. Finance Officer.
