Entry requirements for admission of students:
Students to be admitted to the Programme should satisfy the following admission requirements:

A. SSSCE Candidates
Passes (A-D) in three (3) Core Subjects including English Language, Core Mathematics and Integrated Science/Social Studies.

Additionally, applicants must have a minimum of (D) in any three (3) Elective Subjects with an aggregate score of 24 or better.

B. WASSCE Candidates
Passes (A1-C6) In three (3) Core Subjects including English Language, Core Mathematics and Integrated Science/ Social Studies.

Additionally, applicants must have a minimum of (C6) in any three (3) elective subjects.

C. Mature Candidates
i. Must be at least twenty-five (25) years old with any legitimate documentary evidence.
ii. Must have at least two (2) years relevant working experience (A letter from employer is required) or show proof of employment (if self-employed/engaged in private industry).
iii. Must pass a written entrance examination or show proof of two (2) credits in English Language and Mathematics in WASSCE or any other
nationally recognised standard High School level examinations.

D. GCE Advanced Level Candidates
Holders with credits in at least five (5) subjects at the GCE ‘O’ Level OR its equivalent including English Language and Mathematics plus at least two (2) passes at the GCE Advanced level. Candidates with Pass will have to attend an interview.

E. HND Candidates
Applicant with HND or its equivalent (Second Class Lower Division OR better) in the above four-year programme will be admitted to level 300 (i.e. 5th Semester).

F. Other Diploma qualifications
Students with Second Class Lower Division or better assessed to be equivalent to HND will be admitted at level 300 (i.e. semester 5).
The applicant must show evidence of at least six months industrial attachment in a relevant firm.
