The School of Quantity Surveying And Construction Economics (Building Technology) offers a four-year undergraduate course leading to the BSc. (Honours) Degree in Quantity Surveying And Construction Economics (Building Technology)

Wassce / Sssce Applicants

Credit passes in THREE (3) Elective Subjects including Elective Mathematics and any Two (2) of following Electives: Chemistry, Economics, Geography, Technical Drawing, Building Construction and Physics.

A /O Level Applicants

FIVE (5) credits at the O’ Level including English Language, Mathematics and a Science Subject (Physics or Chemistry or General Science), plus THREE (3) passes at A’ Level in Elective Mathematics and any Two (2) of the following: Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Economics, Building Construction and Technical Drawing.

Mature Applicants

Applicants must have attained the age of 25 years at the time of submitting the Application
EITHER
FIVE (5) credits at the O’ Level including English Language, Mathematics and a Science subject (Physics, Chemistry or General Science)
OR
WASSCE/SSSCE credit passes in any THREE (3) of the following Electives:
Elective Mathematics and any Two (2) of the following Electives: Economics, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Technical Drawing and Building Construction. Applicants may be required to pass a qualifying examination which shall form the basis for short-listing of candidates for an interview. Candidates must also pass an interview.
