  3. One (1) Studio Headphone for practical. (Can be purchased at the school)
  4. Laptop and External Hard Drive – Compulsory for students in TV production Department

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM
Please read the instructions carefully before completing this application form. Only complete and signed application forms will be processed.

  • This form must be completed in BLOCK LETTERS.
  • Tick the duration you want to study the program. Thus; 2 years, 1 year or 4 months.
  • Fill in your personal details as requested in the form.
  • Indicate whether you will stay in the HOSTEL or not, write boldly the full name of the course you are applying for and tick in the box your preferred language of instruction whether English or Akan. 
  • You need two (2) recent passport pictures. One (1) must be attached to the form on the space provided above and the second passport picture must be endorsed by the 1st referee before submission.
  • Attach copies of all relevant certificates such as WASSCE/SSCE/NVTI/O’LEVEL/DIPLOMA/HND, etc. where applicable.
  • The form should be endorsed, signed and stamped by two (2) referees in support of the application before submission. 
  • State clearly whether you have any physical challenge that needs special care or attention.
  • Under statement of motivation, tell us HOW you heard about the school, WHY you want to pursue the program selected and WHY you decided to choose us over other schools.
  • Recheck all spellings carefully before submitting your application.
