What is the difference between welder and fabricator?

Welders basically join two pieces of metal together using specialized equipment and becoming experts at completing that specific task as quickly and as effectively as possible.

On the other hand, metal fabrication deals with the entire enchilada: the welding, cutting, bending, and assembling of metal parts.

What fabrication means?

Fabrication is the process of making something from semi-finished or raw materials rather than from ready-made components.

In other words, it is the process of making something from scratch rather than assembling something.

The term also means a lie.

Fabrication is the noun of the verb ‘to fabricate.

What is an example of fabrication?

Examples of fabrication or falsification include the following: Artificially creating data when it should be collected from an actual experiment. Unauthorized altering or falsification of data, documents, images, music, art, or other work.
