UG Call for Abstract: 1st Annual National Dialogue for Action on Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases

The 1st Annual National Dialogue for Action on Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) in Ghana is scheduled to take place on April 12 – 13th at the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research, University of Ghana, Legon.

Graduate Students from the Social Health Sciences and Humanities, who are conducting research on Non-Communication Diseases – Sustainable Development Goals relation are encouraged to participate in this programme through poster presentations. 

The ARUA Centre of Excellence for Non-Communicable Diseases (ACE-NCDs) is interested in research projects that explore chronic disease risk, experiences, and care within developmental contexts and offer critical insights for new health and social care models, as well as implementable and scalable interventions in Ghana. 

Please send a 200-word abstract of your proposed poster, with a 100-word biography to Dr. Leonard Baatiema (leobaatiema@ug.edu.gh) and copy ace-ncdsghana@noguchi.ug.edu.gh by March 24th. Responses will be given by March 311s.
