2017 Graduands of the University of Education, Winneba and the general public are hereby informed that the 2ndSession of the 22nd Congregation for the award of Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates will be held as follows:

Registration Procedure:

Graduands who wish to be presented should do the following:

Graduands should log on to UEW Website: www.uew.edu.gh or http://uew.edu.gh/graduation and provide the details required for registration. Graduands should report early and check  their seat numbers while they observe seating arrangement at the congregation venue.

All Graduands to note the following:

  1. Closing date for registration is Monday, 16th April, 2018 for Winneba Campus and Monday, 23rd April, 2018, for Kumasi and Asante Mampong Campuses.

ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE REGISTERED ONLINE OR HAVE THEIR NAMES FORWARDED BY THEIR RESPECTIVE STUDY CENTRE COORDINATORS

BEFORE THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE WOULD BE PRESENTED. NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THESE DATES.

  1. Graduands would be required to attend a rehearsal a day before the scheduled date for the Congregation at 2:00 p.m. at the Winneba, Asante Mampong and Kumasi campuses.
  2. Dress code for the Congregation is formal, e.g., for gentlemen, a tie and a shirt preferably with a jacket. IMPROPERLY DRESSED PERSONS WILL NOT BE PRESENTED.
  3. Graduands should be seated at the Congregation grounds by the time indicated above on the date of the Congregation in the academic dress appropriate to their Degrees/Diploma/Certificate.
  4. There will be an accredited photographer covering the events and graduands may obtain copies of their photographs for a fee.
  5. A congregation church service will be held on the Sunday after the Congregation at 9:00 am. on Winneba and Kumasi campuses.
