The management of the University of Education, Winneba wishes to inform all members of staff of the University that the Christmas and New Year break will begin from noon on Thursday, 24th December.
The break ends on Friday, 1st January.
Work will resume on, 4th January.
Heads of the following departments/sections – Grounds and Gardens, Sanitary, Halls, Transport, Security, Maintenance (Electricians), ICT, and Clinic should select staff to ensure that normal services are provided during the holidays.
The list should be forwarded to the Division of Operations by 21st December.
With the exception of staff who would be engaged in the running of the sandwich programmes and those who provide other forms of support services during holidays, all others should please note that the three days in December (28th, 29th, and 31st) which are not statutory holidays will be set against their leave.
