Takoradi Technical University (TTU) Registration Procedure for Second Semester – 2017/2018 Session

STEP ONE:         PAY FULL FEES AT THE DESIGNATED BANKS

ONLY Students who have made full payment of the school fees approved by the University Council for the 2017/2018 Academic Year are eligible to register.

 

STEP TWO:        LOG ON TO THE STUDENTS PORTAL SITE FOR REGISTRATION

Students who have paid their fees in full should log onto www.records.ttuportal.com at any internet Café to register. Students will be required to follow these steps;

  1. 1.    Check and Confirm your personal details (Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Phone Number and Programme of Study)
  2. 2.    Complete the Lecturer Assessment Form for the First Semester
  3. 3.    Register for Departmental courses for the Second Semester

Print two (2) copies of the registered courses herein referred to as “Proof of Registration” after the registration.

 

STEP THREE:    SUBMIT ‘PROOF OF REGISTRATION’ TO YOUR DEPARTMENT

Take the “Proof of Registration” to your department. The department shall endorse (i.e. sign and stamp) it and give you a copy of the “Proof of Registration” for keeps.

 

STEP FOUR:      DEADLINE AND PENALTY

The registration period for the Second Semester is from Monday, 22nd January to Friday, 26th January, 2018.  Students who fail to register on or before the Friday, 26th January, 2018 deadline will be required to pay a penalty of GHc 5.00 each day for a period of 20 days (Starting from Mon. 29th January to Fri. 16th February, 2018). Failure to register will result in automatic deferment of the programme of study for the semester.
