Takoradi Technical University (TTU) 2017/2018 Master of Technology Programmes (September) Admissions
THE TAKORADI TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY INVITES APPLICATIONS FROM SUITABLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION INTO MASTER OF TECHNOLOGY (M-TECH) PROGRAMMES FOR THE 2017/2018 ACADEMIC YEAR.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following Faculty Programmes:
A. MASTER OF TECHNOLOGY IN GRAPHIC DESIGN
PROGRAMME DURATION
The M-Tech in Graphic Design shall be for two (2) years.
SUMMARY OF ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- B-TECH (Printing, Graphic Design or related Visual/Creative Art) must possess a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) with one (1) year post qualification working experience
- BA Publishing Studies (Printing or Design and illustration option, with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) with one (1) year post qualification working experience
- BA Communication Design/ BFA/ BA Graphic Design with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) with one (1) year post qualification working experience
- Holders of equivalent first degree qualifications in related Visual/Creative Art from a recognized academic or professional institutions.
B. MASTER OF TECHNOLOGY IN TEXTILES
PROGRAMME DURATION
The M-Tech in Textiles shall be for two (2) years.
SUMMARY OF ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- B-TECH & BA (Industrial Art) and BFA applicants must possess a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) with one (1) year post qualification working experience
- BSc holders with one (1) year relevant post qualification working experience
- HND plus BSc/BA/BFA (Industrial Art) with one (1) year relevant working experience
C. MASTER OF TECHNOLOGY IN PRINTING
PROGRAMME DURATION
The M-Tech in Printing shall be for two (2) years.
SUMMARY OF ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- B-TECH (Printing, Graphic Design or related Visual/Creative Art) must possess a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) with one (1) year post qualification working experience
- BA Publishing Studies (Printing or Design and illustration option, with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) with one (1) year post qualification working experience
- BA Communication Design/ BFA/ BA Graphic Design with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) with one (1) year post qualification working experience

Bachelor of Technology Programmes – GH¢150.00
HND Programmes – GH¢140.00
HND Mature – GH¢150.00
Diploma/ TVET – GH¢140.00
ACCA, ICAG, CIB, CIPS, CILT, DILT, ADILT – GH¢110.00
ONLINE ADMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Go to http://admissions.ttuportal.com on the internet after you purchase the Takoradi Technical University admissions E-Voucher.
2. Log on to the Online Admissions System http://admissions.ttuportal.com with the E-Voucher Number and PIN.
3. Follow the steps on the Online Admissions system to complete your application
4. A printed copy of your completed online application together with photocopies of Certificates or Results slips must be enclosed in the envelope before posting.
5. Write the Envelope Number generated upon completion of the online application at the back of the envelope before posting.
NOTE: ALL ADMISSIONS TO TAKORADI TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY ARE STRICTLY VIA THE ONLINE ADMISSION SYSTEM.
