TAMALE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY : Prof. Abdulai Asuro is now CAPA Chairman
The Vice Chancellor of the Tamale Technical University (TaTU), Prof. Abdulai Salifu Asuro, was elected as the Chairman of the Common Wealth Association of Technical Universities and Polytechnics in Africa during its General Conference in South Africa a couple of days ago. The General Secretary of CAPA, Dr. Olubummi Owoso, in his letter to Prof. Abdulai, says “I write to convey your well-deserved appointment as the Chairman of CAPA Executive Board as decided by the General Conference.” The said letter further buttresses, “undoubtedly, your appointment is a testimony of the recognition by your colleagues of your unparalleled and consistent support to the association over the years”.
