TAKORADI TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY 1ST CONGREGATION
It is announced for the information of staff and graduands of Takoradi Technical University and the public that the 1STCONGREGATION of Takoradi Technical University would be held on SATURDAY, 25TH FEBRUARY, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at the University Park.
1. Graduands who completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Higher National Diploma (HND) and Non-Tertiary programmes in 2016 would be presented at the Ceremony.
2. B.TECH & HND GRADUANDS attending the Congregation are to pay an amount of Two Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 250.00) at any CAPITAL BANK BRANCH and submit the pay-in slips at the Directorate of Finance of the University.
The amount covers the cost of printing and processing of Certificates, Certificate Holders, Congregation Brochures and Hiring of Academic Gowns.
ALL NON-TERTIARY GRADUANDS are also to pay an amount of One Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 100.00) at the same bank and submit the pay-in slips at the Directorate of Finance of the University.
The amount covers the cost of printing of Certificates, Certificate Holders and Hiring of Academic Gowns.
3. Graduands, after the payment of the graduation fees, should log-on to www.alumni.ttu.edu.gh and complete the graduation registration by providing the following information: Name of Graduand, Programme of Study, Pay-in slip no., Phone Number, Current Address and email address on or before THURSDAY, 23RD FEBRUARY, 2017.
4. Graduands who are unable to attend the Congregation would also be required to pay the same amount during the collection of their Certificates.
5. REHEARSAL for Graduands attending the Congregation would be held on FRIDAY, 24TH FEBRUARY, 2017 at 3.00 p.m. Graduands who fail to attend the rehearsal would not be presented at the Congregation.
6. Again, only those who would have given their names and other details on or before 23RD FEBRUARY, 2017 would be presented. Late registration would not be tolerated.
7. Graduands would be expected to make their own arrangements for accommodation and meals.
