Publishing Company, Tan Prints India Rt Limited Donates Books To Mountcrest
Making the presentation on Monday, 8th October, 2018, Mr. Vimal Nayyar, a representative of the company, said the donation was a goodwill gesture from the company to the University College. He said the company and officials of the University had for some time been having discussions on the variety of books published by the company, many of which could be used by faculties of the college.
The books were received on behalf of the University by Prof. Harold Stewart Amonoo-Kuofi, Deputy Rector (Academic and Student Affairs) and Dean, School of Medicine and Health Professionals, Dr. Samuel Akortey Akor, former Deputy Rector (Finance and Administration) and Rev. Delali Akati, the Acting Registrar.
Prof. Amonoo-Kuofi, thanking Mr. Nayyar for the donation, said Mountcrest was preparing to establish its Business School and the books would immensely benefit the University College.
The books are on Financial Accounting for Managers, Advanced Management Accounting, Fundamentals of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Management (a comprehensive text book), Auditing Problems and Solutions, and Auditing Principles and Practice.
