In a dynamic global environment, organisations require exceptional leaders who can harness a diverse range of skills to balance the analytical and intuitive dimensions of management. This marketing management programme presents a structured process to introduce participants to key elements for developing a successful marketing management structure for owner-managed and corporate businesses. Participants will be equipped with skills of strategic analysis and action in the context of contemporary organisations.
An important objective is to provide relevant analytical training in the latest strategic, managerial and industrial developments in marketing for both the public and private sectors. We look at marketing at local, national and global levels, developing skills in strategic analysis, problem-solving and decision making.

COURSE FEES
Participants will be charged GHC 1,300 for the course. This will include lunch, course materials and a certificate.
