TUESDAY UPDATE ON LIES OF THE HEART
EPISODE 40 – 41
Sam’s mother is giving earful to maid and her another daughter in law about being late with breakfast while she knows urmi is standing outside and urmi is very uncomfortable and embarrassed, and when sam;s mom is done with her drama she sees urmi and tries being urmi, urmi apologies for being late and says sam had head ache and she had to tend him, sam’d mother is worried and just then sam comes down to have his breakfast and says he is perfect and nothing happened to him urmi is again embarrassed and looks at him accusingly while his mom looks at urmi with a doubtful eyes.
Ishaan is booking tickets and checking stay on for urmi and sam when anushka keeps giving him missed calls and wonders what she will speak to him when he calls her back and when ishaan does she asks him , he was suppose to be there, why havent he come, he says he will asks her if she need something, she asks him to get her red roses.
Sam is sitting in hall along with his family when urmi comes and hands him his watch and then sort of blames him for not covering for her over being late in the morning, and sam says he doesnt want to get involved in that sort of thing and all, and asks his father to look after business in his absence and ishaan comes and tells them that they got to go tomorrow and sam asks urmi to pack her things and not to miss any of his important things, urmi wants to go home and asks permission from sam;s mother and she says if u get it from sam then i am fine with it, and sam sort of agrees to it and when urmi asks him to come along he says he wont be as he has some work but under pressure he agrees and this stuns his mom.
Anu is getting ready in her room and her mother and granny scold her for doing that and asks her rto take rest, urmi’s family is tensed that sam, urmi and ishaan came along with out a word and tries clearning mess in hall and then three of them enter.
anu comes and greets them and asks them to join in her room, but before that sam mocks her for not taking care of self before riding every one look at him with shocked expression, urmi and anu goes to their room while anu keeps glancing at ishaan hoping him to come along.
Urmi tells anu that she will be leaving for honeymoon tomorrow with sam and even ishaan is coming and then ishaan will be heading back to london, hearing this anu is very hurt and cries and urmi thinks its caz of pain and anu is helplessly crying as she cannot tell her that she is in love with ishaan while ishaan will leaving her behind with a broken heart.
Precap:- Urmi family members are serving sam and then are more like give this to ishaan as he likes it more and all, which irritates sam and he ends up saying looks like ishaan is their son in law than him
Ishaan comes along with urmi, and tries to pacify her, while she is sad that he would be leaving.Saroj brigs sweets and gives him. Samrat is frustrated with all the attention given to ishaan in the household and lashes out. Everyone is shocked. Devishankar tries to pacify him and the others do so too but Samrat tells them that he doesnt need justifications, as he knows what and why all this is happening. All are tensed.
At Samrat’s house,s the servant asks saroj, for the bag to be given to samrat, she is irritated and asks to be done whatever she feels. As the servant leaves, she is still upset about Goa and urmi’s convincing samrat to go. She decides that she would thwart Urmi’s attempts.
As they return, samrat’s father asks about anu, and urmi tells them that she’s better now. Shashi sees them and is fuming. Ishaan lightens the mood, saying that she can talk. but she still goes on rant and samrat begs her to stop. He asks about shashi, and is told that she is preparing for their Goa plans. Meanwhile, in her room, shashi locks the bathroom, and tries different positions lying on the bathroom floor, and seeing which best convinces them. She opens the door, and sprinkles water on the floor, and starts shouting to catch their attention. They get tensed hearing her scream, as she pretends to have fallen down and hey all tend to her. They ask her how she feel and she makes some excuses. Samrat taunts her but she still continues with the drama.
Samrat goes to call the doctor while ishaan and urmi try to calm her down. ishaan gets anu’s call, and gives it to urmi, thinking that she must have wanted to talk to her. urmi asks hastily if there’s anything urgent, and when she denies, she cancels the call. Anu wonders where’s ishaan and why did she pick the phone. she thinks that he cant leave without meeting her.
The doctor inspects her and says that the kind of pain that she is talking about, it seems that its a slip disk, and asks them for an X-ray, tomorrow, to confirm. Shashi gets tensed and refuses to get the X ray. Samrat says that they can treat her with the proper medication.The doctor says that she would need long bed rest, and prescribes some painkillers, and asks them to contact her, if the case worsens.
Shashi rants about the condition the house would be in without her working. Urmi and ishaan asks her not to worry, as they would handle everything. Ishaan says that he would stay back, and till he gets better, they too would return and he offers to appoint a nurse. Samrat likes this idea, and goes onto place some calls. But urmi stops him and tells them that till shashi gets well, they wont go anywhere and would cancel the trip. shashi is happy, that her plan worked, while samrat is tensed. His father asks them not to cancel the trip, as they would find some alternative here. But ishaan too supports urmi’s decision. Samrat reminds them about the non refundability of the tickets but urmi is adamant that she wont go anywhere, and would take care of her.
Samrat decides to go with Ishan so the tickets are not wasted. Urmi is distraught to hear this and Samrat’s father is surprised. Shashi is very happy with this, and at urmi’s torment. The screen freezes on urmi’s sad face.
Precap: urmi asks samrat, in their room, if its absolutely essential to go, given shashi’s condition, and if he can’t the ticket. Samratt talks back to her rudely and Urmi is upset.
