MASHAV – Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation announces that applications are open to men and women working in early childhood development with at least 3 years of experience to participate in an online training programme that is meant to expose participants to services and organizations in Israel that support children with disabilities and their families.

Main Subjects 

Creating a positive environment for children to grow to their potential 

Resiliency resources in the individual, the family, and the community to enhance awareness of inner strength through different therapies – art, music, movement, etc 

Community, health and educational services available for children with disabilities 

Programs and projects aimed at supporting children with disabilities and their families 

Techniques and tools used for children with disabilities 

Course Details 

This online course contains 6 meetings of 3 academic hours, twice a week. Participants will need access to all the technology needed for a webinar (computer, video, microphone, speakers, and a stable internet connection) as well as have 2.5 free hours twice a week to participate.

The course is very interactive and participants will be expected to participate fully in every task.

A convenient, quiet and adequate working environment is highly important.

Additionally, the Google Classroom tool will be used for providing participants with course materials as well as assignments and follow up activities after each session. 

Application 

Completed application forms should be sent to the relevant Israeli mission in the respective country no later than February 8.
