12th Congregation At Presbyterian University College

The 12th Congregation of the Presbyterian University College, Ghana has been scheduled as follows:

Date: Saturday, 3rd November, 2018

Time: 9:00am

Venue: Ramseyer Training Centre (RTC) Auditorium, Abetifi

Students, who have completed their programmes of study for 2017/2018 Academic Year and wish to be presented during the Congregation should from the date of this publication visit www.presbyuniversity.edu.ghto provide the underlisted information:

All Graduands are to note the following:

  1. Only those who forward their names and particulars to the Registrar on or before Wednesday, 31stOctober, 2018, will be presented. No registration will be accepted after this date.
  2. Graduands are required to attend a rehearsal on Friday 2nd November, 2018 at 4:00pm at the RTC Auditorium, Okwahu Campus, Abetifi – Kwahu.
  3. Those to be presented are expected to be seated at the Congregation grounds by 8:00am in their academic gowns over a formal dress.
  4. Each graduand is expected to pay an amount of GHC400.00 directly into one of the following GCB Bank Accounts aligned to the University Campus he/she studied: 2191130004630 Mpraeso Branch; 2091130003837 Akropong Branch; 6221130003123 Agogo Branch; and 1701130001246 Tema Community 2 Branch. (Graduands are expected to forward the pay-in-slip to the Accounts Office of the respective Campuses).
  5. A Congregational Thanksgiving Service will be held on Sunday, 4th November, 2018 at the RTC Auditorium, Abetifi at 8:00am. Certificates will be issued to Graduates on Sunday 4th November after the Church Service at the Okwahu Campus.
