Further to our letter of October 8, communicating approval for the proposal calendar of the Public Colleges Education for the academic year, I wish to advise as follow:
- That the reopening date for continuing students is rescheduled to early January.
- That the reopening date for the first year students remains January 8th as earlier agreed.
The rescheduling is to enable the calendar of the colleges to align more closely with that of the five Public Universities working with the Colleges on the delivery of the BE.d programmes.
Kindly take note of the changes and arrange to submit a revised calendar based on the plan of alternating the presence of different cohorts of students on campus for in-person teaching and learning.
