12th ISSUE OF THE JOURNAL OF ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT (JENRM)

The Journal of Energy and Natural Resources Management (JENRM) is an open source scholarly refereed research journal which aims to promote theory and practice in energy, engineering, sciences, agriculture and environmental resource management and governance. The journal seeks to provide an important forum for academic exchanges among researchers of national and international academia in promoting research outputs dissemination from multi-disciplinary backgrounds such as energy, natural resources, environment, engineering, agriculture, technology and sciences, towards sustainable development of the resources and the wellbeing of society. The journal covers articles in all aspects of assessment and monitoring of the quality and quantity of natural resources, utilisation, exploitation and management, and the application of science, modern technology and engineering practice for sustainable development. There is a current call for articles to be published as the 11th Issue for JENRM due December 31, 2017Invited articles are expected to cover but not excluding Energy, Engineering, Natural Resources, Environment, Sciences, Geosciences, Agriculture, Mathematics, Energy and Advances in Computers and Technology. Kindly submit your article online on or before December 31, 2017.

Guidelines for Authors

  • JENRM is committed to complying with ethics in publication. There is no room for duplication, falsification and plagiarism. All accepted manuscripts will be authenticated with open source plagiarism software before final publication.
  • Manuscripts must be submitted only in English (UK) and should be written according to sound grammar and proper terminology. The authors are encouraged to prepare papers using the JENRM manuscript template. All figures and tables must be formatted according to the template guidelines.
  • The manuscript should not be more than 7 pages including ALL figures, tables and appendices.
  • Normally an author can publish only one manuscript for each issue. A journal copy will not be made available to the author, unless the author wants to order it through a print subscription.

Fast-Track Review Process

Our fast track review process is designed to facilitate and expedite the review of manuscripts within 8 weeks from submission.

Publication Charges

A publication fee of GH¢150 for Ghanaian authors and USD100 for non-Ghanaian authors for up to a 7-pagearticle. Papers with more pages would attract a penalty of GH¢25 and $10 per any additional page for Ghanaian authors and non-Ghanaian authors, respectively. These fees would be reviewed regularly as deem appropriate.

The Journal of Energy and Natural Resource Management (JENRM) is a multidisciplinary educational research platform dedicated to bringing scientists the best research and key information in the fields of engineering, natural resources, sciences, geosciences, agriculture, mathematics, energy, advances in computers and technology. JENRM adopts fast-track but highly rigorous peer-review to evaluate manuscripts for scientific, engineering or technical novelty and relevance.

The publishing of JENRM articles shall be based on Open Source Publishing standards to deliver and communicate individual and collective advancement in the exchange of scientific and policy insights. The journal is published quarterly, however, accepted papers will be immediately published online.

Innovative and creative articles that address any of these areas will be given priority attention especially in areas where indigenous knowledge has been harnessed with modern technology towards sustainable development. Also, JENRM will welcome articles that address current issues on climate change and its impacts on related fields as mentioned above.
