West Africa Examinations Council (WAEC) have released the NovDec Results

The West Africa Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced the release of the results of the 2019 West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for private candidates.

The Council recorded a total of 5, 145 candidates who were absent for the examination.

The council also cautioned the public on the activities of fraudsters who contact candidates with the promise of altering their results for a fee payable through mobile money transfer.

The council added that all forged results can be detected by the confirmation of the verification system.

Candidates who sat for the examination are now free to check the details of their performance on the Council’s results website: www.waecdirect.org.

RELEASE OF PROVISIONAL RESULTS FOR THE WASSCE FOR PRIVATE CANDIDATES, 2019 STATISTICS

The West African Examinations Council wishes to inform its numerous publics that it has released provisional results of candidates who sat for the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for Private Candidates.

A total of 102,278 candidates made up of 51,935 males and 55,488 females sat for the examination. Out of those who initially registered for the examination, 5,145 of the candidates were absent
