Nabco Orientation For Regional Cordinators, Regional Monitoring Officers(Regional RTCs) And District Cordinators

The NABCO Secretariat held an orientation conference and retreat for all its Regional Cordinators, Regional Monitoring Officers(Regional RTCs) and District Cordinators across Country at Eusbett International Conference Center in Sunyani from Friday 9th November, 2018 to Sunday 11th November, 2018.

Participants were taken through District Data Analysis for Local Placement, Framework for Local Placement, Framework for Reporting and Feedback on Local Placements.

They were also taken through the Administrative Structure of NABCO, General Ethics and Responsibilities, Conducts and Disciplinary measures.

They were finally taken through a presentation on Leadership.

The program was facilitated by by the NABCO Secretariat led by its Chief Executive Officer, Anyars Ibrahim(PhD) and ably supported by Mr Bowan Mubarak and the Secretariat Staff.
