Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) invites prospective applicants for admission into its various Graduate and Postgraduate Programmes.
GIMPA BUSINESS SCHOOL
EXECUTIVE MASTER IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (EMBA)
2 Years Duration
Minimum Requirement for Admission
A Bachelor’s Degree ( from any approved/ recognized University or equivalent professional qualification with requisite experience)
At least five years post qualification managerial experiences.
Applicants should be at least thirty (30) years of age.
MASTER IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA)
2 Years Duration
Options: Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting & Taxation, Supply Chain Management , Project Management , Agri Business Management , Healthcare Management, Real Estate Management, Not for Profit Management & Environmental Management.
Minimum Requirements For Admission
A Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University with a minimum of second class lower, plus two years post -graduation professional experience.
A postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from GIMPA.
Or professional qualification such as ACCA, ICA, ICSA, GIPS,CIB, plus three years post-qualifications experience, Professional certificates should be evaluated by the business school to enhance their chances of gaining admission.
Master of Research in Business Administration (MRes)
Options: 2 Years Duration : Marketing, Management, Finance, Accounting Supply Chain Management.
Minimum Requirements For Admission
Strong quantitative orientation/ background.
A minimum of second class upper for graduates in business, economics and other social sciences.
A minimum of second class lower for graduates in mathematics, statistics and engineering related sciences.
For the programmme in Accounting a terminal professional qualification would be an advantage.
Expressed interest in teaching at the tertiary level.
Sponsorship by a tertiary institution will be an added advantage.
Postgraduate Programmes
4 Months Duration
Postgraduate certificate in Business Administration (CBA)
Postgraduate diploma in Business Administration (DBA)
Minimum Requirements For Admission
Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree at least second class lower from any accredited University.
Applicant may go through the interview process.
School of Public Service and Governance
2 Years Duration
Options: Master of philosophy in Public Administration, Master of Public Administration, Master of Philosophy in Development Finance, Master of philosophy in Governance and Leadership, Master of Development Management, Master of Art in International Relations and Diplomacy, Master of Regional Integration and African Development, MSc Environmental Studies and Policy, Executive Master in Governance & Leadership & Executive in Public Administration.
Minimum Requirements For Admission
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree at least 2nd class lower from accredited University.
Applicants may go through the interview process.

Postgraduate diploma in monitoring and evaluation
Postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health and Environmental Safety Management
