Deadlines
For student applying this season, here are the key deadlines to note; we encourage students to apply early, particularly if there’s an intention to apply for scholarships. Late deadline applications attract an additional fee, and scholarship and international applicants must apply before the regular deadline.
• Early Deadline: 28th March 2019
• Regular Deadline: 27th June 2019
• Late Deadline: 22nd August 2019

Transferring to Ashesi from another university
Starting this season, we will be accepting applications from students who are interested in transferring to Ashesi from other universities. Transfer student applications will be processed on a case by case basis by our admissions office and academic departments, and students who are admitted may be eligible to have one year of study waived at Ashesi. In order to secure admission, candidates looking to transfer must provide official transcripts from each college or university attended. It is your responsibility to ensure that Ashesi has received an official transcript from each institution attended in order to complete your application.

Visiting campus for a tour
Starting from 7th January to 29th March 2019, Ashesi will welcome various groups, families and prospective students to our campus. If you are interested in visiting campus to learn more about Ashesi and interact with members of our community, kindly sign up here so we can help make your visit as useful as possible. Campus visits will include the following a guided tour of our campus and facilities by student volunteers, presentation on our admissions criteria, processes and scholarships, interaction with students, staff and faculty, and a question and answer session (Q & A) to address concerns of participants.
