The University community is informed that Congregation ceremonies will be held for students of the under-listed Colleges who completed their programmes of study during the 2018/2019 academic year as follows:

Morning Session:
College of Humanities (Undergraduate): (BSc Admin)
9.00 a.m. – 11.30 a.m. (Procession starts at 8.45 a.m.)
Afternoon Session:
College of Basic and Applied Sciences:
(PhD/MPhil/MSc/MAgric/MEng/DVM/BSc)
2:00 p.m. – 4.30 p.m. (Procession starts at 1.45 p.m.)

Morning Session:
College of Health Sciences: (PhD/MPhil/MSc/MBChB/BDS/BPharm/BSc Medical Sciences/BSc Nursing/MPH)
College of Education: (PhD/MPhil/MA)

Please Note:
To avoid traffic congestion on the Congregation days:
- All entry and exit points to/from the University of Ghana will be opened to the public.
- The general public is advised to use alternative routes if they do not have any immediate business on the Legon Campus.
- To avoid the heavy vehicular congestion, only vehicles of guests with embossed permits affixed on their invitation cards will be allowed to drive towards the Great Hall and park their vehicles at the designated parking spaces.
Shuttle services will be provided for graduands, guests and public:
- Graduands and their two guests with embossed shuttle pass permits affixed on their invitation cards may enjoy a free return ride on the shuttle vehicles upon showing their invitation cards.
- All other vehicles will be directed to designated parking spaces away from the Great Hall. Other commuters may also join the free shuttle buses provided at these parking spaces.
