Diploma in IT
The Diploma in Information Technology progamme equips students with the knowledge, skills and competencies needed to analyse and solve problems across various systems and IT functions within an organisation.
Students who successfully complete the Diploma programme may be able to progress onto a Degree programme.
Teaching methods: Students learn through a variety of methods including lectures and discussion, case studies, small group work, simulations, field work and mini projects.
Study options: Regular, weekend and evening classes are available.

Accreditation: The Diploma in Information Technology programme is affiliated to the University of Cape Coast. All degree courses are accredited by Ghana’s National Accreditation Board (NAB).
Entry requirements:
1) West African Secondary School Certificate (WASSCE & SSSCE)
Candidates require five credits (including English and Mathematics) in WASSCE (A1-C6) and SSSCE (A-D) to be admitted to the Diploma programme.
Candidates with less than five credits may be enrolled onto a Certificate programme. Such candidates would have to improve their WASSCE results to qualify for admission into a Diploma or Degree programme.
2) Mature Students
Candidates must be at least 25 years old and must write and pass an entrance examination in English, Mathematics, IT and General Business. They may also be required to attend an interview.
3) Others
Applicants with GCE, ICGSE, GBCE, ABCE, Baccalaureate, Professional Courses (ICA, ACCA, CIM etc) and HND, among others may contact us for levels of placement.

Postgraduate Programmes
Introduction
Wisconsin’s postgraduate programmes are run by the School of Research and Graduate Studies. The School of Research and Graduate Studies is premised on three main pillars: teaching, research and industry collaboration meant to produce well-rounded students. This is made possible through first-class facilities coupled with renowned teaching and non-teaching staff.
Establishment
The School of Research and Graduate Studies commenced in the 2010/2011 academic year with the initial mandate of coordinating all graduate programmes under one umbrella.
Vision
The School of Research and Graduate Studies’ vision is to carve out a niche for quality postgraduate education in the 21st century. It is committed to creating and sustaining the conditions that enable all-round development of postgraduate students – intellectually as well as socially.

The mission of Wisconsin International University College’s School of Research Graduate Studies is to become a leading destination for quality postgraduate education.
Entry requirements:
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University with at least a Second Class, lower division.
Applicants should ideally have a post-qualification work experience. Applicants may be required to pass a selection interview.
Applicants who hold membership of a recognised professional body such as Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Institute of Chartered Secretaries (ICSA), Chartered Institute of People and Development (CIPD), and Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) may be considered for admission.
