Manpower Planning At University Of Ghana

This course is intended to expose students to the intersection of human Resource Management
with Corporate Strategy. It seeks to bring the practice of people management into the thinking of
top management because the success or failure of the enterprise is directly linked to key human
resource activities such as recruitment, training and compensation. This course will therefore deal
with how to plan to have staffing at acceptable levels, with the right skills and mix and the
appropriate strategies to maintain staff.
