Commercial Law At University Of Ghana

This course is intended to give the student an overview of the law of contract, sale of goods and
hire purchase. Students will be taught agency, national and international banking, financial
leasing, electronic commerce, securities regulation and international financial transactions such as
swaps, lending and consortiums.
